Monika Panwar is an Indian actress and model. She is known for playing the lead character of Gudiya in Netflix’s web series Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega (2020) and its sequel Jamtara Season 2.
Apart from this series, she has also acted in Hrithik Roshan starrer Bollywood film Super 30. In March 2024, Monika was featured in Siddharth Singh and Garima Wahal’s drama film Dukaan where she played the main role of Jasmine which will release on 5 April 2024.
Monika Panwar was born on 4 December 1993 in Garhwal, Uttarakhand. She has been fond of acting since childhood. Her dream brought her to Mumbai. In Mumbai, she completed her graduation in acting from the National School of Drama.
She began her career as a theatre artist and later started auditioning for films. She made her debut in films with the film Super 30 in the year 2019, in which she appeared in a small role of Pari.
Monika also appeared in a web series of Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega and played the lead character of Gudiya. The series is based on a bunch of small-town young guns who operate a successful phishing racket.
On 8 December 2023, Monika grabbed headlines for appearing in the comedy movie Mast Mein Rehne Ka which was released on Amazon Prime.
