Thara started making comedy videos on a YouTube channel named BehindwoodsTV in 2017-19.
In 2020, she got the opportunity to make a debut in the Tamil Television Industry by playing the supporting actress role of Meena on Star Vijay’s serial Anbudan Kushi, and in the same year, she also appeared in Zee Tamil’s soap opera Sembaruthi.
Thara again got the opportunity to make her debut in the Kollywood Industry by appearing in Vijay’s action thriller film Master in 2021. She portrayed the role of a student role and received positive reviews from audiences.
