Born on March 13, 1993, Garima Jain’s father’s identity has not been disclosed yet. Her mother Archana Jain is a businesswoman and her siblings include a brother named Dhairya, who is an entrepreneur.

She grew up in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Jain is said to have a phobia of diving and once stated that when she witnesses someone diving on screen, she gets scared that the person might die. Despite this problem, her hobbies also include swimming.

Garima Jain made her acting debut with different TV shows starting with the Zee TV show Gudgudee. She then played minor roles in a few more shows like Ballika Vadhu, Rehna Hai Teri Palkon KI Chhaon Mein, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, and more.

After playing episodic roles in a few more shows, she played the lead role as Namrata Agarwal in Pratibha, which aired on Zee TV. She portrayed Geetanjali Joshi in the Sony TV series 2025 Janne Kya Hoga Aage followed by Nisha Angre in Kavach on Colors TV.

She then continued her successful career on television by appearing on more shows like Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Bhakton Ki Bhakti Mein Shakti, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, Tantra, Navrangi Re! and Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran. She made her film debut with Chitram Cheppina Katha followed by Hivade Me Fute Laadu and Mardaani 2.

Her latest appearance was in the black comedy film titled Aafat-e-Ishq, which was released directly on ZEE5 in 2021. Directed by Indrajit Nattoji, Aafat-e-Ishq featured Neha Sharma, Deepak Dobriyal, and Namit Das in the lead roles.

Jain has gained recognition for her work in different web series. She appeared in the third episode of Season 4 of Gandii Baat 4 and the fifth episode of Season 2 of XXX. She then appeared in the third episode of Twisted, which aired on Jio Cinema followed by Mastram on MX Player and The Prayag Raj.
